Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 20, 2026.
Our commitment
Hydra Prime is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, magnification, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Measures we take
These are the practices we build to. Accessibility is ongoing work, so we describe what we do rather than claim the site is perfect.
- Semantic HTML with proper landmarks, headings, and labels.
- Descriptive alternative text on content images and accessible names on buttons and links.
- Keyboard access for menus, dialogs, and forms.
- Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Text and control colors reviewed against the WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Respect for the "reduce motion" system preference.
- Minimum 44 by 44 pixel touch targets on mobile.
- Skip-to-content link at the top of every page.
Known limitations
We rely on third-party services for booking (Aesthetic Record) and wellness documents (Practice Better). Those platforms manage their own accessibility, and their experiences may differ from this site. Patient testimonial videos do not yet have captions. Captions are in progress, and we will provide a written summary on request in the meantime. Our newsletter signup is embedded from Flodesk, and we relabel its fields for screen readers where their markup falls short.
Report a barrier
If you have trouble using any part of this website, please tell us so we can fix it and help you access what you need in the meantime.
Email info@hydraprimewellness.com or call 305-834-7612. Please describe the page you were on and what you were trying to do. We aim to respond within three business days.
Formal complaints
If we are unable to resolve your concern, you may also contact the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
