When you are ready to go deeper, we start with labs. You choose the intake package that fits your picture, hormone and metabolic, advanced cardiac and inflammation markers, peptide-focused, or through your insurance. Your treatment plan is built from your actual results.

We go through every marker together. Not what is normal for your age. What is optimal for your body. You leave with a clear clinical picture, a real explanation for how you have been feeling, and a protocol built specifically around what we found.
Your Program Begins
You enroll in your recommended program at the tier that fits your clinical picture and your goals. Prescriptions are ordered, your Practice Better portal is activated, your guides and supplement protocol are loaded, and your clinical partnership begins.
90 Days of Active Management
This is where the work happens. Monthly consultations with your provider, protocol adjustments as your body responds, follow-up labs to confirm your trajectory, and direct portal access between visits. You are never waiting months to tell us something feels off. We are in it with you the entire time.
Program Complete, What Comes Next
At the close of your 90 days we assess where you are. Every patient's path forward is different.
Your labs confirm what your body is already feeling. Hormones are stable. Symptoms have resolved. You transition into Prime Wellness Membership for ongoing clinical partnership, quarterly check-ins, and continued prescription management.
Optimization is not always a straight line. If your clinical picture calls for another phase of active management, we move into your next program. We stay in it with you until you get there.
Prime Wellness Membership
Ongoing quarterly partnership for patients who have completed a program and are fully optimized. One quarterly check-in, continued hormone and GLP Rx management, mid-year lab panel at 6 months, annual comprehensive panel at 12 months, Fullscript discount maintained, and direct portal access. This is not maintenance, it is optimization at a different altitude.
