Fotona Laser Services

Fotona is a medical laser system that uses two different wavelengths of focused light to treat skin, and the two wavelengths do very different jobs. The first is Er:YAG at 2,940 nanometers, a wavelength that gets absorbed almost entirely at the surface, so it works on things you can see and feel on top: sun spots, rough texture, fine lines, acne scars, and dull tone. The second is Nd:YAG at 1,064 nanometers, a longer wavelength that passes through the surface and reaches the deeper layer where collagen lives, warming it gently so your body responds by rebuilding firmer tissue over the following weeks. Because both wavelengths live inside the same machine, one appointment can layer surface work and deep work together, or focus on just one. That is how the same device treats such different concerns: skin tightening on the face and neck, non-surgical eye and lip lifts, calming rosacea and redness, fading small veins, resurfacing acne scars, and even stimulating hair regrowth. Treatments feel like warmth with quick snapping sensations, not pain. Most sessions take 30 to 60 minutes with little to no downtime, and visible results build gradually over 4 to 12 weeks as your skin remodels underneath.
