IV Therapy and Infusion Services, Miami Lakes

Hydration Is the Foundation.
Targeted Infusion Is the Upgrade.

IV therapy at Hydra Prime operates on two distinct levels. Foundational infusions replenish, restore, and support the systems your body relies on daily. Advanced corrective protocols deliver targeted clinical intervention at the cellular level, for patients ready to go further.

All services are administered by licensed clinical providers. All appointments are required. We do not offer walk-in IV therapy, because how you feel deserves more than a drip bar.

Advanced protocols require appointments booked 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Lab work and medical history review may be required prior to treatment.

Originally developed for chronic fatigue and immune support, the Myers Cocktail remains the most clinically studied IV infusion available.

Advanced Corrective Protocols

Targeted. Clinical.
Screened Before Administered.

Advanced protocols are not available as walk-in services anywhere. At Hydra Prime, they are not available without a clinical intake either. Lab work and medical history review ensure that every patient receiving an advanced infusion is an appropriate candidate for it.

We screen before we treat. Most clinics do not. This is not a barrier, it is the standard of care these protocols require.
Cognitive Clarity and Mitochondrial Function
Methylene Blue

Methylene Blue is a cellular-level cognitive and mitochondrial support agent that has been used clinically for over a century. At therapeutic IV doses, it enhances mitochondrial electron transport, increases ATP production, reduces neuroinflammation, and supports memory consolidation. Patients describe the effect as a pronounced cognitive clarity, a sharpness that sets in during or shortly after the infusion.

Clinical Applications
Brain fog, cognitive decline, and mental fatigue
Mitochondrial dysfunction and cellular energy deficit
Neuroinflammation and oxidative stress
Memory consolidation and executive function
Post-viral cognitive symptoms

The Wellness Bridge

Hydrated, Nutrient-Supported Skin
Heals Faster. Responds Better.
Holds Results Longer.

IV therapy and aesthetic treatment are not separate tracks at Hydra Prime. The same biology that governs how you feel governs how well your skin responds to laser, microneedling, and injectables. Cellular hydration, Vitamin C levels, and glutathione status all directly affect how well your skin heals, how pronounced your results are, and how long they last.

Patients who incorporate IV therapy into their aesthetic protocol, particularly around laser sessions and microneedling series, consistently report faster healing, reduced post-treatment redness, and more pronounced visible results. This is not incidental. It is the biology working as intended when all the inputs are optimized.

Fotona Laser
Skin hydrated at the cellular level absorbs energy more evenly and heals significantly faster post-treatment
Luminosity IV
Microneedling
Glutathione and Vitamin C support collagen synthesis and reduce inflammation during the healing window
Luminosity IV or Myers Cocktail
Injectables
Optimal nutrient status supports tissue integrity and reduces bruising and swelling post-injection
